Dynamic variables

Variables personalise a call without editing the agent. Write them in double braces in the prompt or first message.

Use a variable

Write {{first_name}} anywhere in the prompt or first message. A missing value renders empty, so phrase sentences to survive that.

Campaign CSV	Standard columns are `first_name`, `last_name`, `email` and `company`; every other column becomes a custom variable.
API	The request body of Create outbound call or Create campaign.
System	Set on every call. The agent's Tools tab lists them.
Agent custom variables	Defined on the agent's Tools tab with a default value.

The Variables tab on a call shows every variable the call ran with.
