Appointments and calendars

Let an agent offer times and book them into Cal.com or Google Calendar.

  1. Connect a calendar

    Under Configuration → Integrations, connect Cal.com with an API key or sign in to Google Calendar. See Google Calendar and Cal.com.

  2. Add the tools

    On the agent's Tools tab, add the availability and booking tools for that calendar.

  3. Track bookings

    Each agent has an Appointments page listing what it booked, filterable by Scheduled, Rescheduled, Completed and Cancelled.
