Web Call and Call Me

Talk to the agent before it talks to customers. Web Call runs in the browser; Call Me rings your phone.

  1. Open the agent

    Web Call is quickest. Call Me asks for your number and places a real call, so you hear telephony latency and audio quality.

  2. Go off script

    Interrupt mid-sentence, ask something unrelated, ask for a person, stay silent.

  3. Read the result

    Test calls are saved like real calls. In Calls, turn on Show internal calls to see them with their transcript and analysis.
