Google Calendar
Under Configuration → Integrations → Google Calendar, add a connection and sign in with Google. You can keep several named connections, for example one per team.
Cal.com
Paste a Cal.com API key. The agent can then check availability and book appointments.
Then add the calendar tools on the agent and follow bookings on its Appointments page; see Appointments and calendars.
