Progress
The campaign page shows processed against total recipients and how many are still pending, then each recipient with their outcome. Remove a recipient who should not be called.
Schedule
| Setting | Meaning |

| Start / Expiry | The window in which the campaign may dial. |
| Concurrency | How many calls this campaign may run at once, within the workspace limit. |
| Business hours, timezone, active days | Dialling happens only on active days inside business hours in the campaign's timezone. |
Stop a campaign
Press Cancel on a running campaign in the Campaigns list and confirm to stop it for good. No new calls are placed; calls in progress finish.
Pause and resume are available over the API: Pause campaign and Resume campaign.
