Sign in on your platform address as an organization owner or admin. Creating a workspace requires an owner and available workspace capacity.
Set up in this order
Apply your identity
Open Organization > Settings. Save your company name, logos, favicon, and colors. Check both light and dark themes. Configure branding.
Configure your sender
Open Email, enter your SMTP connection, send a test, and select Verify & Save. Set up email.
Prepare billing
Check your agency subscription in Billing. Complete Stripe Connect onboarding before offering paid client plans. Create the client plans under Subscription Plans. Configure billing.
Connect the services you need
Add provider connections in Integrations. Configure carrier connections and numbers in Telephony if clients will make phone calls. Connect providers.
Create your first client workspace
In Overview > Workspaces, create the workspace, choose its plan and owner, and assign the needed integrations and numbers. Follow the payment or activation path for its plan. Create a workspace.
Verify the client experience
Open the client workspace. Check its brand, member access, available provider, and assigned number. Create and test an agent before inviting the client's wider team.
Prepare ongoing operations
Set notification audiences, assign onboarding tasks, and review client support routing.
Before handing over to a client
- The organization and workspace are active.
- Branding is saved and readable in both themes.
- The client's owner and members have the intended access.
- Provider keys and phone numbers are assigned to the correct workspace.
- A test call completes and its call record is available.
- The client understands their plan, billing contact, and support channel.
Using your own domain
Your provisioned platform subdomain is ready without applicant-managed DNS. For a custom domain, follow the domain guide and coordinate setup with the platform team.
