Your platform subdomain
Choose the subdomain in the Platform address step after you pay. The availability check runs as you type, and saving makes that hostname your organization's primary address. Until you choose one, your platform uses a temporary address.
Platform subdomains are pre-verified. You do not need to configure DNS for that address.
Request a custom domain
Confirm the hostname
Choose the hostname you want clients to use and confirm you can manage its DNS records.
Contact the platform team
Supply the hostname and organization details. The platform team manages domain records and provides the DNS instructions for your deployment.
Verify the finished setup
After the team confirms setup, open the hostname and check login, branding, and workspace access before sharing it with clients.
The current Organization pages do not include a domain editor. Custom domain setup requires platform assistance.
If the wrong organization appears
Check the hostname against your platform address. Organization branding and access are resolved from the host, so opening the main platform instead of your assigned address can show a different organization.
