Update SMS template

PATCH/sms/templates/{id}

Changes the named fields. Set is_active: false to hide a template from pickers without deleting it.

Requires Authorization: Bearer <api_key>. Create a key in the Inspra dashboard under Workspace Settings → API Keys.
